The pool will be officially opening for the summer on on Wednesday, May 23rd!

In order to access the pool, you will need a gate key.  The lock is re-keyed every year, so you will need to return last year’s key in exchange for a new one.

 

Keys will be exchanged at the Clubhouse on the following days:

 

Monday, May 21st – 7:00 to 8:30 PM

Tuesday, May 22nd – 7:00 – 8:30 PM

Wednesday, May 23rd – 1:30 – 3:00 PM

 

  • Please note: Last year’s amenity key must be returned to receive this year’s

amenity key.  If you do not have last year’s key, the fee for a new key will be

$20.00 payable by check only to Liberty Square HOA. 

 

  • Adhere to the pool rules which are posted at the pool, remember when using the pool, do so with the utmost care and caution to avoid any accidents or injuries to you or to others.

 

  • Anyone other than residents or guests of residents enjoying the pool area should

     be viewed as trespassing.  The Acworth City Police should be called immediately.

 

  • Please be courteous and respectful with noise levels, especially during early morning and evening hours. Do not be loud or unruly to your fellow neighbors

     at the pool or to those that have their homes near the pool.

 

  • No GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

 

  • No DOGS are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

 

  • Residents must be current with Association Dues and have a zero account balance

in order to exchange/receive an amenity key.

 

  • Owners: Your tenant may pick up a key with prior email authorization to Chardon Wyatt, cwyatt@teammgt.  Please include your name, Liberty Square address, contact information and off-site address, the tenants contact information.

 

POOL CLOSING:  September 30th

 

Please be advised that there are 2 new stop signs that have been installed at the flagpole exiting the Liberty Square neighborhood  which makes this a 3 way stop for everyone exiting the neighborhood. Residence entering the neighborhood will have the right away.

Also please make sure to use the turnaround. Accidents almost happen at this spot every day. This is for everyone’s safety.
